HF-L is looking for community members to join the Program Budget Advisory Council (PBAC) as we begin planning for the 2026–27 school year.
PBAC members play an important role in our budget process by:
✔️ Attending six evening meetings from January–March
✔️ Hearing presentations from each school building and department
✔️ Providing feedback on instructional goals and budget priorities
✔️ Sharing recommendations with the Board of Education
Past PBAC participants have called this a rewarding way to stay engaged and make a meaningful impact on our schools. HF-L employees who live in the District are also encouraged to volunteer.

1/13/26 – Operations Center & Central Office
1/27/26 – Instructional Technology, Special Education & Athletics
2/10/26 – Lima Primary & Manor School
2/24/26 – Middle School & High School
3/10/26 – PBAC Recommendations to the Board
(Dinner provided at Board & PBAC Budget Study Sessions)
